Milestones Autism Resources paid tribute to three couples, all parents of children who have autism, at its annual benefit Oct. 29 at Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights.
Honorees were Carol and Scott Burg of Beachwood, Barb and Lev Gonick of Beachwood and Gen Bauer and Bill Carson of Severna Park, Md.
“These honorees have supported Milestones in a foundational way and have led by example for the larger autism community. Their philosophy has helped establish the principles of Milestones and the reasons for its founding,” said Ilana Hoffer-Skoff, Milestones’ executive director.
