We hope you will join us in celebrating our 20th Anniversary by honoring our founders, Ilana Hoffer Skoff and Mia Buchwald Gelles at our Annual Benefit on October 27, 2022, at Driftwood Catering at Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights. Cocktail hour will be from 5:00-6:00pm followed by our honoree program and then dinner and dancing will commence at 7pm. It will be an amazing time celebrating two incredible people!

Milestones began 20 years ago when Ilana Hoffer Skoff and Mia Buchwald Gelles met in their children's speech therapist's waiting room. Their search for resources for their own children led to the founding of Milestones. When 400 people showed up to the first conference, they knew they had struck a chord. That successful first conference motivated the two to continue with their mission.

Today Milestones is a trusted local and national resource that reaches thousands of families and professionals throughout Northeast Ohio offering services including our free Helpdesk, new self-advocate social group and workshops, and Ohio Family Network training opportunities. We have emerged as a national leader in autism education through our annual conference and the resources on our website, including the new Milestones Autism Planning (MAP) tool.

Thank you for enabling us to continue our mission of improving the lives of autistic individuals, families, caregivers and professionals by educating, coaching, and connecting them with trusted resources. If you or a loved one is seeking a diagnosis or individualized autism resources, Milestones is here to help. Our professional staff can guide you through the screening process and connect you with the supports you need. Contact the free autism Helpdesk today at milestones.org/helpdesk or 216.464.7600 ext. 200 to get started. To be connected with a Spanish speaker, please dial ext. 500.
