National Autism Conference kicks off in Cleveland at IX Center

CLEVELAND — The National Autism Conference kicks off in Cleveland today. Milestones Autism Resources says its annual event brings together 1,200 professionals, parents and individuals with autism for speakers, networking and support. New this year, there will be an art exhibit. It will feature works done by artists with autism spectrum disorder. There will also be a new portion dedicated to housing issues. Milestones says there are more than 850,000 adults with developmental disabilities living with an aging caregiver right now.
