The Milestones free Helpdesk serves as your local autism services guide, connecting you with the best, trusted resources to meet your needs.
Anyone can use the Helpdesk to find the best services for their family, friend, client or self. Contact us with your resource needs by completing an intake form below. Our staff then does the research for you, creating a customized list of resources based on your request.
Is Spanish your primary language? Milestones has Spanish-speaking staff ready to take your call. Contact the Spanish Helpdesk at 216.464.7600 ext. 5 for assistance.
The Helpdesk can connect you to: Therapists, Tutors, Assessment, Doctors, Support Groups, Social Opportunities, Respite Care, Funding Resources… and more!
When you call, you’re connected to master’s level social workers who specialize in early intervention, school-age services, transition to adulthood, older adulthood care, low income populations and medically fragile individuals.
Please note the Helpdesk is not an emergency line to call during a behavioral crisis. In case of emergency, please reach out directly to your local county board of developmental disabilities.
Need more support? Milestones’ private one-on-one consultations offer in-depth, individualized guidance to give you the knowledge and confidence to move forward. Our autism experts are here to help you build a customized plan for facing a present challenge or to prepare for the future.
