Valemee Fitness® is a visual based exercise program developed for school PE, APE and classroom use. It is widely used at fitness centers to increase the independence for individuals with autism to work out within their own community. Valemee® offers a specialized training program and certification course is second to none, equipping staff, fitness professionals, therapists and teachers to empower people to lifelong fitness.
