They can test anyone 2 and up, and they accept most major insurances (except Anthem) and most Kentucky Medicaids (except Wellcare). Their self-pay rates are $1200 with everything included. However, for very young children (less than 5) they charge $500.

Their current waitlist is about 2 months out right now (July, 2025).
