Therapeutic movement for ages 3-adult. Classes include physical exercises and a group therapy component to promote self-regulation and social skills.

Tae Kwon Do Classes for Ages 6+: $840/12 weeks (2x/week)

Beginner Classes: Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:30 pm and Saturdays 9:30 - 11 am.
Intermediate and Advanced Classes: Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30pm and Saturdays 11am - 12:30pm.
Panda class (Ages 4-5) forming soon. Class meets once per week. Call for information.

Class sizes are small and students can join in at any time.
