Springboard Momentum helps young adults free themselves from fear and failure, plan for success, and start achieving their goals. Springboard Momentum supports young adults in building motivation, self-efficacy, and resilience to achieve a satisfying life. The Springboard team is comprised of clinically trained counselors and coaches who partner with young people and their families to guide them through the process of emerging adulthood.

From an initial needs assessment, to the selection individualized services, Springboard clinicians consistently focus on the steps needed for young adults to succeed socially and academically, and become self-supporting in their career.
