SPIRIT Club is proud to train people of all ability levels. Their in-person programs are taught in the Washington, DC area, and their Virtual Wellness Platform offers online training and classes available for everyone. This platform includes a wide variety classes such as Fitness, Yoga, Zumba, Boxing, Meditation, Healthy Cooking, and more, all designed to be fully accessible for everyone to join.
