The Special Navigator for Families with Special Needs program offers free referral / resource information to families that have children with special needs. A Parent/Family Specialist assists families and professionals in locating programs, services and information by calling 330-747-KIDS (5437) or 330-747-5111 ext. 204. This service is available to Mahoning and Trumbull County residents.
The Special Needs Navigator now features an expanded range of year-round services and providers beyond its original focus on summer and respite resources.
We’ve introduced a colorful, user-friendly condensed booklet with a QR code linking to our full, regularly updated online guide. Families can now download and print specific sections directly from our website for added convenience.
Agencies not currently listed can also submit a request to be included, helping us keep the Navigator as comprehensive and up to date as possible.
