Spark Specialized Services works closely with parents/guardians in Northeast Ohio to provide a relationship that fosters growth and independence for our individuals. They will work together with families to extend opportunities for both children and adults with special needs.

They offer respite care, Home Personal Care (HPC) and community engagement along with targeted individual development for young adults to live productive, independent lives.

Services are covered by Medicaid.
