SALT TALKS an online virtual version of The S.A.L.T. - School to Adult Life Transition Series™ assists families of children/young adults with disabilities in Southwest Ohio & surrounding areas, connect with resources, services, agencies and/or other information to help them navigate the school to adult life transition. They invite representatives from organizations to speak on several transition related topics such as Social Security, DD or OOD Services, Waivers, STABLE Account, special needs trusts, guardianship plus many more.

Each month SALT TALKS explores several new topics, and provides an opportunity to learn directly from the professional presenters. Participants can share concerns, ask questions, and participate in discussions.
