Erin Ross DNP, MS, ANP-BC, CORLN is a board certified adult nurse practitioner in the Head and Neck Institute. She's been a registered nurse (RN) for 27 years and a nurse practitioner (NP) for 18 years. She also holds certifications in Otorhinolaryngology Nursing (CORLN) and as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC).

Erin completed her doctoral education with a dissertation on Transformational Leadership Practices of Nurse Leaders in Professional Nursing Associations at Case Western Reserve University in 2013. She has held several leadership and board appointments with the Society of Otorhinolaryngology- Head & Neck Nurses and the ENT-NF Nursing Foundation. Erin lectures nationally on topics related to the ear nose and throat patient.
