Rehab Educators is a group of occupational therapists in private practice based in Fairlawn, Ohio, that provides occupational therapy to children and adults in the home and community where life happens. A comprehensive OT Evaluation includes a Sensory Profile and identifies specific occupations to be addressed; the family and individual's priorities are identified and guide the plan of care. These OT services are occupation-based, goal-oriented, and client/family-centered. Rehab Educators is a Jon Peterson Scholarship provider.
