The Polar Pediatric Dental Care team consists of women who are maternal and nurturing and also friendly and entertaining. Years of experience has taught them exactly what children want and need during their dental visits. Using the Ask/Tell/Ask technique, they engage your child’s attention and get them involved.

If patients do not have special needs, they often see them from 0-18 years. When patients come with special needs, they will see them well into their adult years.

If patients need treatment in a hospital setting with general anesthesia, Dr. Westover has hospital privileges at a local hospital to do so. She can also use nitrus oxide in her office.

They offer patients weighted blankets, which they launder in house, allow for personalize music to be listened to throughout the appointment. They accommodate as needed based on the patient. Some patients do better with sunglasses and little talking, others do better with distraction. It is important to them to have the resources available to treat each patient as a unique individual.
