At Ottavo Health, we’re on a mission to empower adults with autism by providing compassionate, personalized mental health care that respects their individuality and supports their growth. We aim to close the mental health care gap and create a world where neurodivergent individuals are supported, respected, and able to thrive on their own terms.

Ottavo Health offers:

• Autism diagnosis for adults (18+) via telehealth—comfortable and convenient, all from home.
• Process: structured clinical interview by licensed clinicians, reviewing history, behavior, and DSM-5 criteria.
• Not a full evaluation (e.g., ADOS). Streamlined, faster, more affordable alternative to lengthy waitlists. Enables quicker access to therapy.
• Intended for personal understanding, therapy planning, or next-step guidance—not court, disability, or school assessments.
• Currently in-network with United/Optum, Cigna/Evernorth, and Aetna. In process with additional payers.
• Accepting new clients statewide via telehealth.
