The Ohio Youth Leadership Forum (YLF) is a career leadership training program for 11th and 12th grade high school students with disabilities. The program includes sessions on technology, meetings with government officials, meetings with adults with disabilities, and exciting programs with community leaders.

The program is free, if the individual is receiving services from OOD.
