Provide support and education for persons with mental illness and their families.

NAMI Greater Cleveland’s Hospital Network Program helps to connect patients in the hospital to a supportive community prior to their release from the hospital.

The HelpLine is a free peer-support service providing information, resource referrals and support to people living with a mental health conditions, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public.

Support groups are also available.

Fees are income-based.
