LifeStance is a team of psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses and psychologists, clinical counselors and social workers serving children, adolescents, adults and families in 37 locations throughout Ohio.

They accept most Medicaid-managed care plans, including United Healthcare. It is recommended that families w/ a Medicaid-managed care plan contact them to see if their specific plan is accepted.
