Private insurance, Private Pay

Life Out Loud provides the following services: HPC, Respite, Summer camp experiences (day camp), ESY, Adult Day Services, Day Trips (community respite), Overnight Weekends (community respite), Extravaganza Overnight events (community respite), Cleaning services, Educational Programs and district consultations.

Currently serving persons age 14 and up, in the summer of 2023 they will introduce our first camp for persons aged 11-13.

They are located in Erie County and serve the surrounding counties including: Huron, Ottawa, Lorain, Sandusky and occasionally Cuyahoga county. Participants from other counties can access overnight events, day trips, etc.

Payment options: Currently, Erie county residents who qualify for board of DD funds can utilize their independent budgets. This is a VERY county specific funding source. They are in the process of getting waiver certified, which will open up the waiver funding for participants in surrounding counties.

School districts have paid for ESY. Some families choose to private pay. They have worked with county WRAP around service teams that fund some events, and they are able to bill GT Independence for persons on a self waiver that want to access our programs/events.
