The Center for Disability Studies on the Kent Campus is running an intervention level efficacy study to serve college students with documented TBI or ASD to improve academic and vocational outcomes through a focus on the use of technology (cognitive support applications).

Students who participate will receive one year of services through the Center, which will be delivered virtually or via telephone for the time being. Students will be randomly assigned to two different intervention levels, both receiving assessment, and support. This is a three-year intervention study, and they are currently accepting students into the study immediately who will receive services for one calendar year.

They will begin accepting students into year 2 and year 3 of the study in Fall 2021 (ending Summer 2022) and Fall 2022 (ending Summer 2023). .
