Joy Serednesky, MS Ed, LPCC-S, owns Joy Family Counseling, LLC, and is accepting new clients in Ohio for in-person and telehealth appointments. With over 20 years of experience, she has treated and consulted hundreds of clients addressing disabilities and severe mental health issues. Her expertise includes early childhood mental health, developmental disabilities, neurodivergence, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), ADHD, trauma-informed care, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.

Joy has specialized training in various therapeutic approaches and experience working with Local Education Agencies (LEAs), advocating for families on Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, Individual Family Support Program (IFSP) goals, and 504 Plans. She has conducted Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) for social-emotional development, mental health, and behavior issues. Additionally, Joy has managed staff in a private school for autism and supervised therapists in schools.
