Autistic and Neurodivergent people can benefit from speaking with peers who have similar life experiences and can understand the challenges with communication, social interactions, relationships, workplace issues, and sensory sensitivities. We have had our support group program for over 20 years and are here to provide safe and confidential options for our community.

All of our support groups are facilitated by our professional, trained Autistic and Neurodivergent team members and are safe spaces for all members.

• Women and Non-Binary Virtual Support Group: First and Third Mondays, 7:00pm ET
• Men’s Virtual Support Group: Second Mondays, 7:00pm ET
• Neurodivergent Parenting Support Program (Parents and Caregivers): Fourth Mondays, 7:00pm ET
• LGBTQIA+ Support Group: Second Mondays, 8:30pm ET
• Faith-Based Support Group: Fourth Mondays, 8:30pm ET
