The Gemba Gap Program is a branch of Northwest College Support. In 2011 Northwest College Support was founded to help young adults succeed in college environments. As the program has expanded to the Boise area, they added the Gemba Gap Program to their continuum of care. They operate authentically to our values, and strive to demonstrate our values with every client.

How they work with our student-clients, team, families, and communities is defined by their values. Gemba Boise believes when they lead with their values they end up in a healthier, happier, and in a more sustainable way of life. Their team came together to improve the success of young adults as they transition into adulthood. They strive to build alliances and help provide a Gemba (Actual Place) where young adults thrive.
