FARE-Cle believes transportation is essential to allow all adults access to a variety of community activities. They provide the opportunity to find a trained and vetted driver for individuals ages 16 and older diagnosed with a developmental disability or early stage dementia. After discussing your needs, FARE-Cle will provide you with names and contact information of driving specialists who are available at the times you need them.

They are a vendor for SD transportation funded by DoDD but are not a Medicaid service provider.

FARE-Cle provides services on the east side of Cleveland, with hopes of expanding in the future.

NOTE: They are unable to offer consistent daily rides to employment or school at this time
