Executive Director Dr. Carol Bline is a Clinical and Developmental Psychologist who specializes in the field of developmental disabilities and individuals on the autism spectrum. She has been in practice for over 27 years.

DA houses Psychology Aides/ Residents and is focused on in-home programs, behavior management, school consultations, home consultation, and other non-traditional psychological services.
