This resource offers many social and recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities of all ages, including arts, dance, sports and community classes.

We recommend that you visit their website for the most current class listing dates and registration information. If you need further assistance finding activities appropriate for your family's needs, please contact our free Helpdesk.

Sensory program available for school-aged children with special needs or challenges at the Orange branch, one Saturday a month. The program incorporates hands-on activity stations and social interaction.

Sensory storytime for children who are developmentally at the preschool level, offered at the Bay Village, Fairview Park, Independence, Mayfield Hts. and Parma branches. The monthly program incorporates a schedule board, double visuals, and sensory opportunities for participants and a half-hour socialization time.

The Warrensville Heights branch offers Virtual Adapted Dance, Art and Music & Movement classes.

Many of the branches throughout the CCPL system have adaptive and inclusive programming. Check the specific library branch websites for lists of social and recreational events.
