Central Outreach Wellness Centers welcome all people. They understand the health concerns of people of color. Their physician staff specialize in HIV and Hep C care and their staff embraces the journey of Transgender health, as well as understanding LGBTQIA issues while being inclusive and supportive. They support Harm Reduction as well as recovery.

Their services include Gay and Transgender healthcare, HIV/AIDS resources and referrals and personalized pharmacy services.
