Buddy Strong Academy is a 501(c)(3) and provides an all-inclusive training facility for individuals of all abilities through movement and community. They incorporate balance and coordination exercises, and traditional strength and endurance exercises.

They are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive community where individuals from all walks of life can feel empowered to achieve their full potential.

In addition to their training opportunities, Buddy Strong offers a sensory room and uses trained DODD providers to assist.
