Afterlight is a small company that specializes in customized programming in the areas of movement, mindfulness, and sensory integration for schools and day programs. We provide unique in-service, professional development, and corporate wellness that focuses on connection and community. Our goal for every program we facilitate is that participants walk away with a regulated nervous system.

As a mobile service, we can "meet you where you are" to hold classes, workshops, and gatherings. Our instructors are highly trained and certified in the fields of education, occupational therapy, yoga, and mindfulness.
