Afterlight Fitness is a small company that specializes in custom programming in the areas of movement (functional and recreational), yoga, and mindfulness as well as consultation for schools, day habilitation centers, families, and other organizations.


As a mobile service, they can "meet you where you are" to hold classes, workshops, professional development sessions, and unique gatherings for all ages and abilities. Their instructors are highly trained, insured, and certified in the fields of education, occupational therapy, yoga (babies, children, teens, adults, special needs, and trauma-informed), and mindfulness. They are a creative group and are passionate about bringing wellness to all ages and abilities.
