A "trunk or treat" specifically for special needs children and adults. Held in a handicapped accessible parking lot and building. Service animals and siblings are invited to attend as well. Crafts, special guests, food trucks, music and informational tables from organizations and programs working with the special needs community.
All are invited to attend, to come set up a trunk or to set up a table with information.
