Fall Into Health is a community health fair hosted by Lake Erie College. Established by students of the Physician Assistant (PA) graduate program, the goals of the event are as follows:
- Promote health and wellness activities across Lake County
- Educate community members on the role of a PA
- Build stronger connections within Painesville and the surrounding area
They offer many free health and medical services, as well as resources throughout Ohio.
