Share & Support is an interactive support group where caregivers can meet other families facing similar concerns. Parents will have the chance to learn techniques and coping tools while connecting virtually. At this session, we will focus on the difficulties of parenting for complex needs, caregiver burnout and how to beat exhaustion before it beats you.
This is a psychoeducational peer support group. Register and you will be emailed information about how to join the program via Zoom. This program is for adults only. Due to grant funding, this program is open to residents of Northeast Ohio.
