Rec2Connect offers group recreation and aquatic therapy services for children and adults with special needs. Our programs are centered on individual needs and target a variety of social motor and life leisure goals. Please head to our website at Rec2Connect.com for further information on our services.
Fit Friends Telehealth (Ages 15+) 1-hour fitness class
Connect and Play Telehealth (3-6) movement, activities, and socialization in a 30 minute class. Focus on a variety of gross motor skills
Connect and Move Telehealth(7-14) movement, activities, and socialization in a 30 minute class. Focus on a variety of gross motor skills and sports skills
Aquatic Therapy (Ages 1+) 45 min, one-on-one sessions, standard recreation assessment, goals & treatment plan, therapeutic techniques, basic swim skills
Adapted Aquatics (Ages 1+) 45 min, one- on- one session, detailed list of goals & treatment plan, teaching & refining swimming strokes
Razorsharks Swim Team (Ages 7+) 1 hr weekly practice, socialization, team based atmosphere
Fit Friends (Ages 15+) 1-hour fitness class
ON HOLD UNTIL SPRING 2021:
Art Connection (Ages 11-17) 1-hr themed art therapy class
Meet and Move program (Ages 5+)- an outdoor movement and hiking program
Swim Safety (Ages 3-14) Learn swim safety & beginning swim skills
Bike Connect (Ages 5+): Bike Connect will assess individuals needs and abilities, help pair with correct bike, and offer weekly 1:1 sessions to teach bike riding skills.
