What do families of children with complex communication needs want? -- Vanderbilt University

The goal of this survey is to learn about the barriers and highlights you encounter as a caregiver of an individual with complex communication needs to better support the individual's communicative outcomes.

For the purpose of this survey, an individual with complex communication needs is defined as a person with no functional speech, or with a significant speech and/or language disorder.

  • The survey will take 20-30 minutes to complete. For your convenience, you may complete the survey in sections and come back to it at a later time by clicking "save & return" at the bottom.
  • Because your participation is voluntary, you are free to withdraw from this survey at any time by simply closing your internet browser.
