Best Buddies is a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing a volunteer movement to provide friendship, leadership, job, and inclusive living opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

To become a buddy, individuals will need to apply on the website www.bestbuddiesonline.org. Select "Membership Application" and then the school they wish to be a part of. You will then be asked to select the state and chapter to which you are applying. The application consists of some basic questions and then a matching survey for those who want to be paired with a buddy.

There are several chapters of Best Buddies throughout Ohio. For more information, visit their website.
