2020 Milestones Annual Report

Looking back on 2020, there are many words that come to mind:

"Unprecedented"
"Isolation"
"Crisis"

One word that may not make the cut for most, but has been a theme for the Milestones team is "opportunity." With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting almost every aspect of our lives, the needs of our clients became urgent, complicated and they evolved rapidly. This presented a unique opportunity for agencies like ours to learn how to quickly pivot, adapt and rise to the occasino to help our families navigate these new challenges.

We are fortunate for this opportunity and for the lessons the past year has brought us. We are also profoundly inspired by the resiliency of our community.

Without your support, this work would not be possible. It is because of our extraordinarily committed staff, generous benefactors and donors that we are able to seize these opportunities to better serve our community.
