The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is committed to helping individuals with developmental disabilities learn how to live their best lives including how to stay safe while they work, live, and explore the community.
A new online training workshop was developed to help young people with disabilities, their family members, and the professionals who support them, better understand how to move into the adult world with the skills to be financially independent and make decisions that are the best for them.
The training shares information to help youth build financial and digital literacy skills to increase their independence. It includes verbal and visual instruction as well as activities to help individuals practice financial and digital literacy skills on their own.
This session will be hosted on Zoom, and there are three more opportunities to participate in this session:
