Artificial Intelligence automates the hiring process, but does it leave an employer vulnerable? This webinar focuses on helping employers recognize how to avoid the risks artificial intelligence (AI) can pose in the hiring process and during employment and create an accessible and disability-inclusive workplace. The webinar will explore common ways AI is used in the hiring process and during employment and the risks of using AI that can lead to disability-related discrimination in the workplace. We will share best practices for using AI to recruit, hire, retain, and advance employees with disabilities.
All webinars begin at 10 a.m. and will be Microsoft Teams Live events. Each webinar will be recorded and archived for future viewing. Each webinar has been approved for 1.00 HR (General) re-certification credit hour toward aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ re-certification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) and 1.00 SHRM Professional Development Credit (PDC) hour toward SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
