Booster sessions provide information on the transition from school to adult life for youth with disabilities. Families, individuals with disabilities, educators, and other professionals are invited to attend at no cost.
In this session, you will learn the meaning of transition for youth and young adults with Developmental Disabilities (DD), including what to know, how to plan ahead, and understanding the agencies who can help.
