As the pandemic continues, families of children with complex needs are feeling exhausted. Lack of respite care, overwhelming day-to-day responsibilities caring for their child and behavior issues are taking their toll. Worry over skill regression and keeping a medically-fragile child healthy are other concerns these families are facing. This monthly group is a way for families to share their struggles, challenges and encourage one another. Join Kelsey Jager, Ph.D., LPCC-S, of Kenneth A DeLuca & Associates as she facilitates this private session to help deal with feelings of overwhelming worry and stress. Dr. Jager will lead the group in a self-compassion meditation.

Register and we will send you a free pocket mirror! *One mirror per household*
