True friendship overcomes jealousy, and happiness wins over fear in this new play by The Center for Applied Drama and Autism's resident playwright, Samir J Hammoud. Samir has been writing plays since childhood. He maintains a database of characters that number in the thousands. His plays are a mashup of pop culture influences drawn from movies, television, video games, story books and favorite toys. Samir began taking acting classes with the Center for Applied Drama and Autism after high school. Now 27 years old, Samir has been a company member of Theatre on the Spectrum for three years. His goals in life are to be an actor, writer, director, and producer.
