This page will be updated as CEUs are approved. Not all session topics meet the requirements of every CE board or licensing agency. It is the responsibility of each attendee to understand the specific CE rules of their respective licensure board. Attendees must register at the professional rate to receive Continuing Education. Upon completion of each session, Milestones will grant professional attendees a certificate of completion in the professional area(s) for which they registered, as applicable to that session.

This program is offered for up to 4.6 ASHA CEUs (Various levels; Professional area).

What should I do if I have questions about my Continuing Education credits?

Continuing Education Credit Deadline:  All credit and verification of attendance must be completed by August 31, 2020. You will not be able to access your transcript or certificates online after this date.

Continuing Education Requirements: In order for you to claim credit, you must watch each session in its entirety (even if you only miss 5-10 seconds. It's strict, but is a requirement from our CEU accrediting agencies). You must also complete the post test (if applicable) and the session evaluation, as well as click to claim your credit.

Checking Your Own Credits on Transcript Page: Log in to the conference platform and click on Transcript in the navigation toolbar on the left hand side of the page. Please watch this 1-minute video.

Credits Not Showing Up on Your Transcript Page:  Please watch this 1-minute video.

Downloading/Saving/Printing Certificates:  You are able to download, save, and print your own certificates from the Transcript page in the navigation toolbar on the left hand side of the conference platform. Please watch this 1-minute video.

Asking Milestones to Verify Your Credit: It is the responsibility of each CEU participant to keep track of their own continuing education. Milestones keeps an official record of all conference attendance and credit claimed for 5 years. If you need to verify your earned CEUs, contact Leslie Rotsky at and request a copy of your certificates. A $25 administrative fee applies.

Additional Questions:  Contact Libby Hill at or 216.464.7600 ext. 121.
