Join coaches David Weiss, Robert Zachary, and Doug Blecher, as they help train Autistic people to complete a 5k. No previous experience is necessary just a willingness to want to run or walk a 5k. This program will teach Autistic people how to complete a 5k, but will also discuss healthy eating, and how to properly stretch so you don’t injure yourself. By the end of the 9 week program you will run in a 5k with Autism Personal Coach.
