Behavior Management Director at the Autism Model School
The Autism Model School will oversee and coordinate instruction for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The goal is to ensure that behavior analysis services result in meaningful outcomes for the students. The School uses an intensive, individualized ABA model.
Principle Duties
50%-The candidate will develop and consult with teachers to prepare individualized education plans based on assessment data and behavioral plans using ABA methodologies
30%-Consult with the School staff, assist in the daily operations of the school. Consult on resource allocation priorities, assign responsibilities, and consult on the development of policies and procedures according to established goals
20%-Write and submit weekly progress reports, and attend staff meetings and trainings as required
Job Requirements
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Current credentials as a BCBA with a minimum of 3 years experience post-certification working with people with autism, preferably in a private school setting is highly desirable. Salary negotiable.

Rethink Autism
Online Training Program for families and providers to increase ability for parents and teachers to provide individualized ABA therapy at home and in the classroom.
